This class is about getting quiet to feel the truth of the heart and body. 
Together we will work with tools for supporting the nervous system like soothing breathwork, self-massage, guided meditation, and more! All within a cozy environment. 
Expect to gently move and end with ample time for building our meditative skills. 
Bring a mat, journal, and blanket if you can! <3
